Aurōra is inspired by the sculpture Auroras Seger by Staffan Nihlen and the Roman Goddess of dawn transforming night into day, and darkness into light. The peice explores the transformation of silence into sound, noise into tone and darkness into light.

The piece will be premiered as a multi-channel installation in Gävle, SE, Spring 2026

The title Di drømm dæ bringe vos sammel is in the dialect of Alsisk, meaning The dreams that bring us together in English.
The piece is inspired by the history of the Southern part of Denmark, a.o. the songs that has helped to keep the Danish language and identity of the people here through generations, and the Danish resistance movement during the World War II.
